This program will provide earthquake insurance quotes for small commercial risks located outside of the A, B & E California DOI earthquake zones. Below are the parameters for eligibility for this program:

1. California locations only
   a. All Counties except Los Angeles, Orange, San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, Santa Cruz, Solano, Alpine, Imperial, Inyo, Mono, Riverside, San Bernardino & Sonoma Counties.
2. Total Insurable Value not more than $5,000,000.
3. Loss Limit not more than $2,500,000.
4. Single location only (Multiple buildings at 1 location are acceptable.)
5. Minimum Premium: $2,500.
6. Age Restrictions:
   a. Wood Frame Structures built 1961 and later
   b. All Other Construction Types built 1975 and later.
7. Deductible Options:
   a. 5% - 20% deductibles available. Tuck Under Parking will require a 15% minimum deductible.
8. Parking:
   a. Soft First Floor, Tuck-under parking and/or Habitation over Garage parking must be declared on the application.
9. All properties will be subject to inspection after coverage is bound.
10. Occupancy Restrictions:
    a. Commercial Buildings Only
    b. Habitational buildings must have 5 units or more to qualify.
11. No Historical Buildings or Historical Sites
12. No Planned Unit Developments
13. No buildings on Stilts, Docks, Wharves or Piers.

Risks that fail to meet one or more of the program guidelines may be submitted to M.J. Hall & Co for submission and consideration outside of this program.
